The probate court hears difficult matters involving families and individuals experiencing distress. Folks in distress deserve and require the consistent and knowledgeable oversight of a tenured judge who knows their case and remembers their personal circumstances. Judge Klaskin seeks re-election to continue serving the familiar friends and community members he has met in his judicial role.

In his time on the bench, Seth has been dedicated to applying his legal and probate experience as Judge of Probate for the communities of Guilford and Madison. Re-electing Judge Klaskin will ensure that his compassion, fairness, patience, and public administration skills continue to provide the empathic and efficient administration of justice in our probate judicial district.
